Motion by the respondent to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County, entered April 24, 2017.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, the respondent's time to serve and file a brief is enlarged until May 16, 2018, and the respondent's brief shall be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,
ORDERED that the appellant shall serve and file a reply brief, if any, on or before May 18, 2018; and it is further,
ORDERED that service of all briefs shall be effected pursuant to CPLR 2103(b)(1), or (3).
