DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Appeals by Mariana Mezhishko from two orders of the Family Court, Richmond County, both dated April 18, 2018.

On the Court's own motion, it is

ORDERED that the appeal under Appellate Division Docket No. 2018-05059 is dismissed, without costs or disbursements, as no appeal lies as of right from a nondispositional order in a proceeding pursuant to Family Court Act article 6, part 3 (see Family Ct Act § 1112), and leave to appeal has not been granted; and it is further,

ORDERED that the appeal under Appellate Division Docket No. 2018-05061 is dismissed, without costs or disbursements, as no appeal lies from an order that is issued ex parte (see CPLR 5704; Family Ct Act § 1112).
