to prosecute the purported appeal as a poor person, upon the original record and reproduced petitioner's brief, for assigned counsel, and for related relief, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to
the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is deemed one to include
a request for relief pursuant to CPLR 5704, and is denied.
