Motion by Suffolk County Department of Social Services on an appeal and cross appeal from an order of the Family Court, Suffolk County, dated October 13, 2017, to dismiss the cross appeal as untimely taken.

ORDERED that the motion is granted and the cross appeal is dismissed, without costs or disbursements (see Family Ct Act § 1113).
