DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the appellant pro se for leave to reargue his prior application for a writ of error coram nobis to vacate, on the ground of ineffective assistance of appellate counsel, a decision and order of this Court dated April 5, 2011 (People v Bowie, 83 AD3d 729), affirming a judgment of the County Court, Orange County, rendered October 4, 2007. The prior application was determined by a decision and order of this Court dated December 6, 2017.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition and in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is denied.
