Motion by the appellant pro se to be provided with certain material to aid in the preparation of his supplemental brief on an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County, rendered June 1, 2016.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to be provided with suppression motions and grand jury minutes is denied without prejudice to renew upon proper papers specifying the issues to be raised; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied.
