Respondent having moved for an extension of time to file and serve a brief on the appeal taken herein from an order of the Supreme Court entered in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Erie on May 16, 2017,
Now, upon reading and filing the affidavit of Helen Kaney Dempsey, Esq., sworn to May 3, 2018, and the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that the first ordering paragraph of the order of this Court entered April 2, 2018, is hereby amended by deleting the date May 7, 2018, and inserting in its place the date May 23, 2018, and
It is further ORDERED that the second ordering paragraph of the order of this Court entered April 2, 2018, is hereby amended by deleting the date May 22, 2018, and inserting in its place the date May June 6, 2018.
