Now, upon reading and filing the affidavits of Chad Williams sworn to March 2, 2018 and April 10, 2018, the notices of motion with proof of service thereof, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the motions are denied.
Memorandum: Defendant's motion for a recusal should be made to the specific judge that defendant seeks to have recused. In the event of any adverse determination, defendant may raise his issue in a proper appeal. Appellate review of the denial of a CPL 440.10 motion is authorized by permission of an intermediate appellate court pursuant to CPL 450.15(1) and 460.15(2).
