Appeal from a small claims judgment of the Civil Court of the City of New York, Queens County, entered December 15, 2016. The "amended notice of appeal" by which the appeal in this small claims action was purportedly taken was filed on July 3, 2017.

ORDERED that the appeal is dismissed as untimely.
Pursuant to CCA 1703 (b), a notice of appeal must be filed within 35 days after service by the court upon the appellant of a copy of the judgment appealed from.
