ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE

Appeals by Caren Litkowski and Nathan Litkowski from two orders of the Supreme Court, Rockland County, dated March 29, 2016, and May 5, 2017, respectively, and a judgment of the same court also dated May 5, 2017. By decision and order on motion of this Court dated March 19, 2018, the appellants were directed to, on or before April 18, 2018, serve and file a supplemental record containing the judgment, the order dated May 5, 2017, and the notice of appeal from the judgment and the order dated May 5, 2017. The appellants have not filed the supplemental record.

Now, on the Court's own motion, it is

ORDERED that the parties to the appeals are directed to show cause before this Court why an order should or should not be made and entered dismissing the appeals for failure to comply with the decision and order on motion of this Court dated March 19, 2018, by filing an affirmation or an affidavit on that issue in the office of the Clerk of this Court on or before June 18, 2018; and it is further,

ORDERED that the Clerk of this Court or her designee is directed to serve a copy of

this order to show cause upon the parties to the appeals by regular mail.
