Motion by the appellant for leave to serve and file a replacement brief on appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated February 22, 2017, and June 15, 2017, respectively, to correct certain typographical errors.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted and on or before June 1, 2018, the appellant shall serve and file a replacement brief which does not contain the typographical errors in the brief filed by the appellant on February 23, 2018, and does not substantively differ from that brief.
