Motion by the appellant, inter alia, to reinstate an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County, entered October 14, 2015, which was dismissed by a decision and order on motion of this Court dated June 19, 2017, for failure to timely perfect. Separate motion by the appellant, inter alia, to stay all proceedings in the above-entitled action pending the determination of a certain motion by the Supreme Court, Queens County.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motions are denied.
