DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Appeal by Cavallino Risk Management, Inc., from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, entered October 11, 2016. By order to show cause dated March 22, 2018, the parties to the appeal were directed to show cause before this Court why an order should or should not be made and entered dismissing the appeal on the ground that the appeal had been rendered academic by an order of the same court entered September 20, 2017.

Now, upon the order to show cause and the papers filed in response thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion to dismiss the appeal is granted, and the appeal from the order entered October 11, 2016, is dismissed, without costs or disbursements.
