Motion by the respondents on appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, dated October 27, 2017, and January 12, 2018, respectively, to dismiss the appeal from the order dated October 27, 2017, as untimely taken.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted and the appeal from the order dated October 27, 2017, is dismissed, without costs or disbursements (see CPLR 5513[a]).
