Motion by the defendant pursuant to CPL 530.45 to be released on his own recognizance, or in the alternative, to fix bail after his conviction in the Supreme Court, Nassau County, upon a jury verdict, on February 13, 2018, of grand larceny in the second degree and scheme to defraud in the first degree.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, and upon hearing oral argument of the attorneys for the respective parties, it is
