The Court, on its own motion, recalls and vacates the order of this Court dated February 22, 2018, which relieved Seymour W. James Jr., Esq. Of the Legal Aid society as counsel for the appellant. The order of this Court dated January 4, 2018, assigning Robert S. Dean, Esq. Of the Center for Appellate Litigation ( 120 Wall Street, New York, NY, 10005 Tel # 212-577-2523 ) as counsel for the appellant, remains in full force and effect.
