Mark Anesh, Esq., having moved to dismiss the aforesaid appeal, to impose a filing injunction against plaintiff in this Court, to impose sanctions, costs and attorneys fees, and related relief (M-1015), And plaintiff-appellant having moved to withdraw her appeal, and for related relief (M-1134),Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that plaintiff's motion is granted to the extent of deeming the appeal withdrawn (M-1134).
