Appeal by Jeffrey P. Falk from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, entered October 3, 2017.
On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the order on application of this Court entitled "[i]n the Matter of Applications for Extensions of Time," dated April 20, 2018, is amended by deleting from the "Extended Deadline" entry concerning the above-entitled matter the date "June 8, 2018," and substituting therefor the date "July 8, 2018."
