DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by appellant for an enlargement of time to perfect an appeal from an order of the Civil Court of the City of New York, Queens County, entered May 5, 2017.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted and the appeal shall be perfected by July 6, 2018; and it is further,
ORDERED that in the event the appeal is not perfected on or before July 6, 2018, the court, on its own motion, may dismiss the appeal, without further notice, or respondent may move to dismiss the appeal, on three days' notice, and may serve such application in person.
It is noted that the rules of this court provide that the Civil Court clerk's return shall constitute the record on appeal and that a printed record is not required (Rules of the App Term, 2d, 11th & 13th Jud Dists [22 NYCRR] §731.1[a])
