Motion by appellant to recall and vacate a decision and order on motion of this court dated March 16, 2018, which dismissed an appeal from an order of the Civil Court of the City of New York, Kings County, entered October 18, 2017, and to reinstate the appeal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, this court's decision and order dated March 16, 2018 is recalled and vacated, and the appeal is reinstated to the general calendar.
