Motion by the appellants on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, entered January 23, 2018, in effect, to stay the foreclosure sale of the subject premises, to stay enforcement of the order entered January 23, 2018, and to stay enforcement of an order of reference of the same court dated July 9, 2017, pending hearing and determination of the appeal from the order entered January 23, 2018.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
