Motion by the appellant, inter alia, to stay the distribution of the net proceeds of the sale of the subject premises and to direct that the net proceeds be held in escrow, pending hearing and determination of an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated December 14, 2016, and for a preference in the calendaring of the appeal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
