| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellants on an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Richmond County, dated July 10, 2017, to confirm that a stay is in effect pursuant to CPLR 5519(a)(6) and (d) and to fix the amount of an undertaking or to direct the Supreme Court, Richmond County, to fix the amount of an undertaking, and to extend the time to comply with a decision and order on motion of this Court dated March 23, 2018.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the appellants' motion which is to extend the time to comply with a decision and order on motion of this Court dated March 23, 2018, is granted, and on or before June 4, 2018, the appellants shall serve and file a supplemental record containing the judgment dated July 10, 2017; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied.
