The People having moved for an enlargement of time to perfect the appeal taken from an order of the Supreme Court,

New York County, entered on or about June 15, 2016, which granted defendant's motion to vacate the sentence, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect

to the motion, and a stipulation between the parties, dated
