In the Matter of Steven Altman, a suspended attorney:

Petitioner reinstated as an attorney and counselor-at-law in the State of New York, effective the date hereof, and on condition that he provide a progress report to the Attorney Grievance Committee every six months, regarding the status of his efforts with respect to a written payment agreement with the Internal Revenue Service and the New York State tax authorities. No opinion. All concur.
