Motion by the respondent to direct the appellants to serve and file a supplemental record containing the affirmation of David M. Schwartz dated October 19, 2017, on appeals from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County, entered June 14, 2017, and an order of the same court dated November 9, 2017, and to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that on or before June 28, 2018, the appellants shall serve and file a supplemental record containing the affirmation of David M. Schwartz dated October 19, 2017; and it is further,
ORDERED that the respondent's time to serve and file a brief is enlarged until July 6, 2018, and the respondent's brief shall be served and filed on or before that date.
