| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the respondent, inter alia, to dismiss an appeal from an order of the Family Court, Suffolk County, dated December 6, 2017, on the ground that the appellant failed to comply with a scheduling order of this Court dated January 18, 2018, or, in the alternative, to direct the appellant to file the transcript of the proceedings and to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to direct the appellant to file the transcript of the proceedings is granted and on or before July 2, 2018, the appellant shall file with this Court the transcript of the proceedings; and it is further,
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to enlarge the respondent's time to serve and file a brief is granted, the respondent's time to serve and file a brief is enlarged until August 2, 2018, and the respondent's brief shall be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied.
