| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the respondent for leave to serve and file a supplemental record containing the affidavit of Stephen Cravecroft dated April 10, 2017, with annexed exhibits and affidavit of service, on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, entered December 6, 2017, and to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that on or before June 28, 2018, the respondent shall serve and file the supplemental record containing the affidavit of Stephen Cravecroft dated April 10, 2017, with annexed exhibits and affidavit of service; and it is further,
ORDERED that the respondent's time to serve and file a brief is enlarged until June 28, 2018, and the respondent's brief shall be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,
ORDERED that no further enlargements of time shall be granted.
