It is hereby ORDERED that the application is granted, and

It is further ORDERED that Philip Rothschild, Esq., Frank H. Hiscock Legal Aid Society, 351 South Warren Street, Syracuse, New York 13202, is hereby assigned as counsel for intervenor-respondent herein, and may submit ten copies of respondent's brief reproduced in accordance with CPLR 5529, and

It is further ORDERED that counsel is assigned to respond to the appeal consistent with the limitations set forth in Family Court Act § 1035 (d), and

It is further ORDERED that intervenor-respondent submit ten copies of her brief to the Court, together with proof of service, on or before June 25, 2018, and the Clerk is directed to accept said briefs for filing.
