It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that the pro se notice of appeal filed at the Onondaga County Clerk's Office on November 16, 2017 and served upon the Onondaga County District Attorney's Office on September 22, 2017 is hereby deemed timely filed and served.
