Counsel for appellant having moved to dismiss the appeals taken herein from orders of the Family Court, Erie County, entered in the Office of the Clerk of said Court on January 25, 2017, and January 26, 2017, or, in the alternative, for an extension of time to perfect,

Now, upon reading and filing the affirmation of Charles J. Greenberg, Esq., dated May 7, 2018, and the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is hereby ORDERED the motion is granted to the extent that the appeals are dismissed except insofar as they bring up for review Family Court's denial of an adjournment, as well as any other matters that were the subject of contest before Family Court (see Tun v Aw, 10 AD3d 651, 652 [2d Dept 2004]), and

It is further ORDERED that appellant file the original stipulated or settled records and ten briefs on the appeals, together with proof of service, on or before July 9, 2018, and in the event of failure to so perfect the appeals are hereby dismissed without further order.
