Appeal from a judgment of conviction of the District Court of Nassau County, First District, rendered April 25, 2016. By decision and order on motion of this court dated November 22, 2017, the appeal was stricken from the appeals calendar and the general calendar because certain transcripts were missing. Those transcripts have now been made part of the record and filed with this court.
Now, on the court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the appeal is restored to the general calendar; and it is further,
ORDERED that the appellant is directed to serve and file an appellant's brief within 30 days of the date of this decision and order on motion; and it is further,
ORDERED that respondent, if so advised, may serve and file a respondent's brief within 21 days after the appellant's brief is served and filed pursuant to this decision and order on motion; and it is further,
ORDERED that appellant, if so advised, may serve and file a reply brief within 14 days after the respondent's brief is served and filed pursuant to this decision and order on motion.
