Motion by Real Estate Defect Specialists, Ltd., for leave to appeal to this Court from an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated May 4, 2018, and to stay all proceedings in the above-entitled action, pending hearing and determination of the appeal from the order dated May 4, 2018, as well as appeals from a judgment of the same court entered January 26, 2018, and an order of the same court dated March 19, 2018.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is for leave to appeal is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied.
