| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant to stay the foreclosure sale of the subject premises, pending hearing and determination of appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Richmond County, dated May 12, 2017, and a judgment of the same court dated March 29, 2018, and to consolidate the appeals.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to stay the foreclosure sale of the subject premises is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to consolidate the appeals is granted, and on or before June 21, 2018, the appellant shall serve and file a supplemental record containing the judgment and notice of appeal from the judgment.
