Motion by the appellant to stay the sale of the subject premises and to stay all foreclosure proceedings, pending hearing and determination of appeals from three orders of the Supreme Court, Kings County, two dated July 25, 2017, and one dated April 3, 2018, and to consolidate the appeals from the orders dated July 25, 2017, with the appeal from the order dated April 3, 2018.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the appeals from the orders dated July 25, 2017, will be calendared together with the appeal from the order dated April 3, 2018, and will be argued or submitted on the same date.
