| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellants to stay the execution upon the stock certificates of Moving Maven of NY, Inc., by the Sheriff of Nassau County, pending hearing and determination of an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, entered July 5, 2018, and for a preference in the calendaring of the appeal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that the sale by the Sheriff of Nassau County of the stock certificates of the defendant Moving Maven of NY, Inc., pursuant to an execution with notice to garnishee dated April 24, 2018, is stayed pending hearing and determination of the appeal, and the motion is otherwise denied.
