Motion by the appellant to direct the court reporter to provide the stenographic transcript of the sentencing proceedings on an appeal from a judgment of the County Court, Dutchess County, rendered June 29, 2017.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied without prejudice to renew upon proper papers, including proof of service upon the court reporter who took the minutes of the sentencing proceeding.
