ORDERED that the motion for an extension of time to file and serve the brief of respondent- appellant is granted, without costs, and the time to file and serve said brief, which shall also contain the points of argument on respondent-appellant's cross appeal, is extended to July 16, 2018, and it is further

ORDERED that the motion to amend the record on appeal is granted, without costs, to the extent that respondent-appellant shall, on or before July 16, 2018, file and serve a supplemental record on appeal which shall include the notice of appeal dated August 30, 2017 and the trial exhibits of respondent-appellant.
