| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the defendant-respondent and the defendant New York State Urban Development Corporation to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated August 4, 2017, and for leave to file an addendum to the brief containing an order of the same court in the above-entitled action dated December 19, 2011. Separate motion by the defendant-respondent and the defendant New York State Urban Development Corporation for the Court to take judicial notice of the order dated December 19, 2011, and for leave to file an addendum to the brief containing the order dated December 19, 2011.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief is granted, and the time to serve and file a brief is enlarged until June 15, 2018; and it is further,
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is for this Court to take judicial notice of the order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, in the above-entitled action dated December 19, 2011, is granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motions are otherwise denied.
