Motion by the appellant on appeals from three orders of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated December 4, 2017, March 21, 2018, and April 25, 2018, respectively, to stay all proceedings in the above-entitled action and to vacate, stay, or modify a preliminary injunction contained in the order dated April 25, 2018, pending hearing and determination of the appeals, or, in the alternative, for a preference in the calendaring of the appeals.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
