| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the respondents NNRC, LLC, NNRC Properties, LLC, Allure Group, Inc., Joel Landau, Marvin Rubin, Shlome Landau, and Solomon Rubin to enlarge the respondents' time to serve and file their respective briefs on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated October 3, 2017, and to enlarge the time to serve and file a reply brief.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to enlarge the respondents' time to serve and file their respective briefs is granted, the respondents' time to serve and file their respective briefs is enlarged until June 18, 2018, and the respondents' briefs shall be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied as premature.
