DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the appellant to correct the record on appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, entered August 4, 2017, and August 8, 2017, respectively, in effect, to add two pages to the record, and to enlarge the respondent's time to serve and file a brief.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to correct the record is granted and on or before June 22, 2018, the appellant shall make the corrections to pages 104, 105, 315, 319, 338, 417, and 436 through 438 of the copies of the record filed with the Clerk of this Court, as set forth in paragraph 2 of the affirmation of Neil A. Miller dated May 9, 2018; and it is further,

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is, in effect, to add two pages to the record is granted and on or before June 22, 2018, the appellant shall insert in the copies of the record filed with the Clerk of this Court the missing pages of the reply affirmation of Richard N. Franco dated March 28, 2017, as pages 552i and 554i, as set forth in Exhibit D to the affirmation of Geraldine A. Cheverko, dated April 18, 2018; and it is further,

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to enlarge the respondent's time to serve and file a brief is granted, the respondent's time to serve and file a brief is enlarged until July 23, 2018, and the respondent's brief shall be served and filed on or before that date.
