Motion by the petitioner-respondent to dismiss so much of an appeal from an order of the Family Court, Kings County, dated August 2, 2017, as pertains to the children Destiney D. M. L. and Unique M. G. on the ground that those portions of the appeal have been rendered academic.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted and so much of the appeal as pertains to the children Destiney D. M. L. and Unique M. G. is dismissed, without costs or disbursements.
