DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by Nicole Mulcahy for leave to appeal to this Court from an order of the Family Court, Westchester County, dated May 4, 2018, for leave, in effect, enlarge the record to include the transcript of the proceedings which occurred on May 4, 2018, to stay enforcement of the order pending hearing and determination of an appeal therefrom, and for an award of costs.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is for leave to appeal is granted; and it is further,

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is for leave, in effect, to enlarge the record to include the transcript of the proceedings which occurred on May 4, 2018, is denied as unnecessary; and it is further,

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to stay enforcement of the order dated May 4, 2018, is granted, and enforcement of the order is stayed pending hearing and determination of the appeal or further order of the Family Court, Westchester County, determining the above-entitled proceedings, whichever occurs first; and it is further,

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is for an award of costs is denied.
