Motion by the appellants-respondents to file the parties' briefs and certain material under seal on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Dutchess County, dated June 16, 2017.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted and the appellants-respondents shall file, under seal, for in camera review by the panel of Justices assigned to hear the appeal, the parties' briefs and a separate volume of the record containing all exhibits annexed to the parties' summary judgment motions, the parties' memoranda of law, and all other documents marked "confidential" by the Supreme Court which were filed in connection with the motions that were determined by the order dated June 16, 2017, and the parties' briefs and the volume containing those items shall remain sealed upon filing.
