Motion by the appellant, in effect, to enlarge the time to serve and file a replacement brief or a supplemental brief on appeals from two judgments of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, both rendered March 14, 2016.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, and the appellant's replacement brief or supplemental brief shall be served and filed on or before July 17, 2018; and it is further,
ORDERED that the appellant shall file nine copies of the replacement brief or supplemental brief and serve one copy on the District Attorney.
