| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated September 15, 2016, which granted an extension of time, pursuant to CPL 460.30, to take an appeal from a judgment of the County Court, Suffolk County, rendered July 23, 2015, under Ind. No. 2610-14, is amended to reflect that an extension of time to take an appeal is also granted with respect to a judgment of the same court also rendered July 23, 2015, under Superior Court Information No. 1100-15; and it is further,
ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated April 17, 2017, which granted poor person relief and the assignment of counsel with respect to the appeal from the judgment rendered July 23, 2015, under Ind. No. 2610-14, is amended to reflect that poor person relief and the assignment of counsel are also granted with respect to the appeal from the judgment rendered July 23, 2015, under Superior Court Information No. 1100-15.
