DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by Jason J. Rebhun for leave to withdraw as counsel for the respondents Jodol Realty Corp. and Mordechai Tasma on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated August 4, 2017.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in relation or opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted, and on or before June 15, 2018, Jason J. Rebhun shall serve his clients by one of the methods specified in CPLR 2103(c), with a copy of this decision and order on motion and shall file proof of such service with the Clerk of this Court; and it is further,

ORDERED that no further proceedings shall be taken against the respondents Jodol Realty Corp. and Mordechai Tasma, without leave of the Court, until the expiration of 30 days after service upon them of a copy of this decision and order on motion; and it is further,

ORDERED that on or before July 17, 2018, the respondent Jodol Realty Corp. shall advise this Court, in writing, of the name and address of new counsel or its appearance will be stricken from the brief filed by former counsel; and it is further,

ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the appellant's time to serve and file a reply brief is enlarged until July 27, 2018, and the reply brief shall be served and filed on or before that date.
