Motion by Robert Giordano for leave to appeal to the Court of Appeals from a decision and order on motion of this Court dated March 6, 2018, which determined his motion, inter alia, to reinstate his appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated January 8, 2015, which was dismissed by decision and order on motion of this Court dated May 19, 2015, as untimely taken.

ORDERED that the motion is denied.
