Motion by the appellant for leave to reargue the appellant's prior motion for leave to appeal to the Court of Appeals from a decision and order of this Court dated December 27, 2017, which determined an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated June 22, 2015. The prior motion was determined by decision and order on motion of this Court dated March 12, 2018.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
